Five from FTC now in University!

We’re excited to report that six of our FTC children are now in college! The five pictured above (and Elmer, pictured below) have all graduated high school from Frontline Christian Academy, Inc., and are now enrolled, studying, and pursuing their college degrees. This is something that was once only a dream, that we now celebrate as a reality.

Most of the children we serve have come from extremely difficult circumstances. We have always believed that to actually help them, we would have to ensure that responsibility for advancement be primarily in their hands. Our aim has always been to provide a real option for genuine opportunity, coming through intentional spiritual oversight and academic education. it’s an immense joy to see those that are truly taking hold of this “opportunity for life” and moving into adulthood. Here’s a quick list of the schools and courses of each:

Judea Delos Santos.

School: Laguna State Polytechnic University

Course: BS Psychology – Social Science

Marilyn Alad.

Maria Krishelle Ramos.

Annabel Salaver.

We also celebrate Elmer (Pessina) Beboso. Elmer was the first child taken into the FTC program in 2005. He left home at only nine years old, roamed the streets for three years, and had travelled hundreds of miles from his home town in the Visayan Islands before we found him. Since coming into FTC Elmer finished grade school, graduated high school, and is now in his first year of Bible School, studying to be in full-time pastoral ministry.
